Shipping policy

We ship the goods from Beirut-Lebanon via DHL worldwide.

Orders placed before 1p.m will be shipped the next day excluding Sundays and Holidays. If you place an order after 1p.m, it will be shipped the very next working day. In the case where no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, we will leave you a notification and attempt to call you and rearrange the delivery.

If you have any other specific requests like leaving the package with the neighbors or a safe place, or you need the package delivered to an alternative address, feel free to mention it in the delivery note or contact us.
